Job Description
• Organize the procurement process in accordance with the company's and Group Policy;
• Participation in the development of procedures for purchase processes;
• Order raw materials in a regular basis;
• Make new contracts with suppliers and follow up their implementation;
• Control of suppliers and obligations to them;
• Maintain a database of items and suppliers, the most favorable terms;
• Solve problems related to the quality of the goods delivered and delivery times, other contract violations;
• Plan procurement budget.

Requirements
• Higher education, preferably in business or economics;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Latvian language skills, good knowledge of Russian;
• Ability to plan and organize own work;
• Focus on business development;
• Sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
