Job Description

  • Maintain the company’s laboratory quality management system and ensure it complies with ISO 15189
  • Provide leadership and guidance for lab people to improve the quality processes, according to ISO 15189 standard and internal procedures
  • Maintain lab-quality records, logs, and other documents according to ISO 15189 standard and internal procedures
  • Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory’s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents
  • Work closely with Quality Manager to support in all activities related to integrated Quality Management System development, implementation, and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor qualification in biology
  • Experience with ISO15189 compliant lab management system
  • Experience with any other quality management system
  • Passion for cutting edge technology and products
  • Innovative and critical thinking skills are essential for this role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
