Receptionists:
Checking guests in and out
Assisting and guiding guests
Booking activities, arranging transport, and so on
Answering emails and phone calls
Supporting staff with other tasks around the resort as required
Waiters, Waitresses:
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Serving guests in the bar
High-level customer service
Supporting staff with other tasks around the resort as required
Chefs: We are looking for skilled and experienced chefs to work with us during the next winter season. Employment will commence as soon as possible and last until March or April 2016. We have two main restaurants and two private restaurants for groups, all serving an a la carte menu. As winter is our peak season, working days can be very busy.

Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish and other languages are considered as an advantage
• Experience in the hotel and leisure industries
• Relevant educational background
• Computer skills: MS Office. Hotel reservation systems (Hotellinx/Fidelio) knowledge is considered as an advantage
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Responsible, pro-active and detail oriented
