We are looking for a new team member in iPS Baltics Latvian branch in Recruiter position.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Participate in recruitment process by using databases, social media etc.
• Attracting new candidates through databases, social media, etc.
• Candidates documentation management.
• Other recruitment process activities.
• Building, developing and maintaining a good business relationship with clients and candidates.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Maritime or related field.
• Experience in office administration.
• Experience with shipboard personnel selection process will be considered as an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian languages.
• Multitasking skills.
• Time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
