Recruiter

Nextra Latvia is one of the largest talent attraction agencies in the Baltics. On behalf of our client - company that works in the finance sector - we are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure recruitment needs with business leaders, including understand & follow up with the business services and news.
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process.
• Enhance the current recruitment process and drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
• Drive delivery of a “best in class” experience for all candidates.
• Participate in employer branding activities.

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, having a strong recruitment background.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing process, sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of spoken and written Latvian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
