Recruitment Specialist

We are expanding our company to Latvia and looking for a HR specialist to our international team. UNICJOB is renting service providers to different industries in Norway. Since the beginning in 2004 thousands of people all over EU have been successfully working in different positions through our company.

We are looking for people with an outgoing personality and high level of communication skills.

We expect you to have an experience in recruiting at least 3 years , Fluent in written and spoken English and able to work independently.

PC skills on advanced level- mainly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Have the knowledge of employment and labor law in Latvia.

Candidates with similar work experience and knowledge of additional foreign languages are preferred. Relevant educational background is also advantage.

We value flexibility and the ability to present information directly and clearly.

We also expect you to be a responsible and proactive person with good communication skills and a great sense of cooperation.

Motivation and willingness to work with people is also very important.
