Job Description
• Participates in recruitment process: selection and estimation of the potential candidates from EU, Russia and CIS.
• Collects needs in terms of recruitment, assists to the clients in definition of the needed profile and in drafting a job description.
• Prepares internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external providers and other materials.
• Contacts candidates, arranges interview.
• Participates in job offer preparation for successful candidates.
• Participates in administration block: payments control, agreements preparation.

Requirements
• Upper Intermediate level English and Russian.
• PC experience user MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
• Be ready to demonstrate strong client focus.
• Result oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills.
• Assertiveness.
