Regional manager

- to work closely with company representatives and support them with agricultural knowledge and experience;

- to implement and support company ideas to working environment;

- to be responsible for regional representatives and improve their performance;

- to execute team trainings;

- At least 3 years experience in agriculture environment
- University degree in Agronomy is a must

- Strong Experience in sales
- Ability to manage information about agricultural and animal products
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit building skills
- Good communication skills in Latvian, English (intermediate level) and Russian (not essential)
- Be ready to travel frequently across Latvia and also time to time abroad
- Able to set your own targets and inspire other team members
