Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our wide range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a head of sales or in a similar sales role, preferably in the measuring instruments, test and control systems, or power supplies industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
