Use an unique chance to build and shape new branch of Software Development Academy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia! SDA is the largest academy in Poland where we teach programming from scratch and we do it well! We educate future programmers, enabling start in the IT industry for everyone. We started the first courses in 2014. We train programmers in 13 cities in Poland and in 3 cities in Romania. At the moment 600+ students are learning at the Academy. Our students learn from 200+ top programmers. We work with nearly 200 IT companies that hire our graduates. 81% of graduates start new job in 3 months after the course. Such results can only be achieved by taking care of the high quality of the courses we run, which makes us the market leader. As our company grows in strength, we are developing very, very quickly and we are opening more and more courses, we are looking for Regional Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Creating, developing and representing Software Development Academy in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
  • Managing operations, growing the business and increasing profitability.
  • Agreeing annual sales budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
  • Recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
  • Recognition and analysis of new market opportunities.
  • Making decisions essential to grow the company
  • Contact with Clients and representing SDA in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of general management experience in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian working environment, preferably in IT/ BPO/SSC/startup tech or tech sector.
  • Experience in growing the business from scratch.
  • Ability to work independently in a one-man band initially.
  • A proven track record demonstrating leadership and team-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial and strategy planning is essential.
  • Great analytics and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,
  • leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and very high level of responsibility.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and PR would be appreciated.
  • Very good command of English is required.
