Requirements
We are looking to recruit a Reservations Manager to join us at our two Munich Locke Hotels when it’s most exciting, as we prepare to open its doors for the first time in Germany, reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing for Locke Munich.
As Reservations Manager you'll be responsible for;
- Being the main point of contact for the Locke reservations team in order to align communication, manage resource, support MEWS integration and induct new team members
- Providing an excellent reservation service to customers and bookers, and be a link for the on-property team between the sales being generated and operational requirements to facilitate them
- Supporting the proactive cluster sales team in identifying leads and supporting client relationships
- Influencing and feeding into the commercial strategy for the property and support the on-site teams
