Requirements
- Address customer and employee complaintseading the restaurant with passion & enthusiasm
- maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results
- promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served
- delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards
- Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
- Train and coach new employees
Qualification
- Pleasant, proactive and customer services oriented
- Gastronomic education
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- native speaking English - any other language is advantage
- Willing to learn
- Team Player
- Shift duty
- Work permission for Germany
