Retail Coordinator for Latvia & Lithuania

Position: Retail Coordinator for Latvia & Lithuania.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure effective motivation and training.
• Utilize warehouse data for inventory analysis.
• Analyze KPI indicators and propose improvement strategies.
• Lead new store openings.
• Participate in the planning and execution of orders.
• Maintain communication with cooperation partners.

• Proven experience in retail, store opening, personnel management, and procurement of goods.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in handling large datasets with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Fluency in Latvian, English. Knowledge of Russian will be advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience as a regional manager is preferred.

• A competitive salary comprising a base and variable part, starting from 2100 EUR gross per month. The final amount will be discussed with the selected candidate.
