Room Steward/ess

• Provide servicing of guest staterooms, supplying and replenishing linens, towels, amenities, chemicals, and helps with the flow of both dirty linen and
waste to the appropriate handling areas.
• Laundry and valet service
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, co-operation and guest liaison within the hotel department.
• Through daily servicing of staterooms, provides frequent contact and service to guests in a warm, friendly and polite manner at all times and under all
circumstances.

• Full-time experience as room attendant in a 4*/5* stars hotel
• Customer Service Oriented, Self Sufficient, Responsible and Well Organized
• Pleasant personality for dealing with guests.
• Strong ability to Communicate in good English.
• Ability to work alone, practical approach to work, flexibility, anticipation and awareness of guests needs
