Darba apraksts

  • Sales and Marketing plan formation, implementation, and control.
  • Sales and Digital KPIs formatting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Marketing budget formation, implementation, and control.
  • Communication with internal and external partners.
  • Management of suppliers’ marketing activities.
  • Initiatives and management of Sales and Marketing projects.
  • Leading marketing team, delegating projects and tasks, implementation control.
  • Working collaboratively with other business units and teams within the company.
  • Working with external partners, media, and creative agencies.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Have at least 2-3 years of successful experience in leading marketing teams and projects.
  • Experience in e-commerce and pharmacy business would be considered an advantage.
  • Be experienced in working with creative and media agencies.
  • Have analytical thinking, and good Excel skills.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, networking skills, and problem–solving attitude. Strong intrapersonal skills.
  • Speak fluent Latvian and English, Russian would be considered an advantage.
