Sales and Training Manager

• Partner sales trainings - group and individual.
• Training strategy implementation and management.
• Ensure training materials and programs are accurate and effective.
• Account management: communication with partners, project management.
• Market research and competitive analysis.
• New opportunities identification in the Latvian market.
• Ongoing project development.

• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Trainer or Sales role preferably in insurance or consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Initiative showing, ideas generating approach.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Reporting and presentation capability.
• Ability to moderate individual and group trainings.
• Ability to inspire people, make them believe in product and themselves.
• Energy and possibility to communicate with different types of people.
• Excellent Latvian, good English, and Russian skills.

We will provide you with a company car and necessary technical resources, a development budget to polish your skills, remuneration of EUR 1800-2500 gross and incentive-based bonuses.
