Job Description
- realizing sales development strategy, including cooperation with the company’s and Raben Group’s management in creating the company’s development strategy;
- analyzing domestic and international market and identification of potential directions of sales development;
- launching defined sales policy which determines constant business growth;
- gaining new sales and cooperation in ensuring smooth implementation of new customers service;
- sales development creation of long-term, partner relationship with customers;
- effective, including sales development and economic aspects with the use of sales tools: calculations, offers, presentations, etc.;
Requirements
- university degree or another higher education, preferably in economy or marketing;
- sales experience in B2B area – will be advantage;
- working experience in logistic field or transport - will be advantage;
- skills of running sales process for a couple of years;
- excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
- problem solving skills;
- very good interpersonal skills;
- good organization and communicative skills;
- strong motivation to achieve success;
- good command of MS Office (especially Excel);
- fluency in Latvian and Russian, English – good;
- driver’s license B category
