Job Description

  • Active costumers assistance in showroom.
  • Answering phone calls, and customer email enquiries.
  • Client mapping and giving design advice.
  • Performing a sales analysis and filling the established sales plan.
  • Assist in general showroom maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • You are a good communicator, creative and courageous.
  • You have experience in customer service and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Interest in furnishings and interior design.
  • You will need to be comfortable using your initiative, and be able to work well in a team environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Good computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • You speak English, Russian and Latvian.
