Job Description

Sales of sewage and stormwater clearing systems, pumping stations, fuel/ oil separators, grit chambers and tanks for storing various liquids. We are looking for people with outstanding commercial acumen and an excellent customer service attitude. You'll need professional communication skills with the ability to network at senior levels, building strong business relationships. proposal preparation, system design, project scoping, and execution of water treatment projects. Provide sales support in preparing bids, project development, design.

We are looking for a candidate for developing sales, to drive our international growth and can sell, design and deliver the Vesmaco product range.

Development of long term sales and marketing strategy.

Organization of trade shows and other networking activities.

This is a technical/commercial position. You will be meeting with customers and guiding them through process technologies to the optimum treatment solution. Technical ‘thinking on your feet’ is an essential skill.


Requirements

B.S degree, preferably in Business, Science or Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical).
Wastewater treatment engineering design and hands on / field experience implementing water treatment projects is a plus.

Command of languages:
Latvian (mother tongue)
Russian
English

Successful candidate:
- have some previous sales experience, have desire to be coached, trained and mentored towards successful international sales career.
- should be initiative, work independently and efficiently without close supervision.
- be able to support multiple tasks, initiatives and projects simultaneously
- have strong personal computer skills.

Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation is a plus.
Understanding of environmental processing systems and unit operations.
Strong relationship management skills and consultative selling approach.

Candidate must be organized and able to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently.
Strong personal communication skills for interfacing with customers.

The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starter able to work productively with minimal supervision. The individual must possess and demonstrate a passion to win contracts and have excellent communication, presentation and written skills.


Company offers

Negotiable salary (based on experience) + sales bonuses.
