Darba apraksts
- Perform market research, identify new business opportunities and pursue them.
- Conduct “cold” calls, organize client visits, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare regular sales and visit reports, communicate key findings and business opportunities.
- Cooperate closely with the regional team to facilitate the sales process.
- Learn, perform and grow in order to achieve personal KPIs and organizational goals.
- Track and analyze sales results.
Prasības kandidātiem
- Higher education degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Working experience in active B2B sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Fluent communication in Latvian and English (both written and oral) and an ability to communicate in Russian.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
