Responsibilities:

  • Sales management on a designated territory (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and others).
  • Sales plan execution (independent management & sales development for key clients).
  • Regular negotiations with clients.
  • Launch, rotation and product line extension.
  • Increase of product representation in retails chains and other distribution channels (matrix expansion, increase share of shelf).
  • Analysis of sales profitability, increase in sales profitability within the area of responsibility.
  • Preparation and conduction of negotiations with retail chains and other clients on the territory.
  • Management of accounts receivable within the area of responsibility.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Higher Education.
  • Work experience in FMCG industry or FARM companies – producers / distributors of consumer goods.
  • Experience in successful negotiations, contract award.
  • Ability to work independently on a designated territory.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Prepared to go on business trips 50% of work time.
  • Developed analytical skills, good numeracy skills, understanding of sales economy.
  • Fluent English and Russian languages.
