Sales Manager Distributive Account – The Baltics (LT, LV, EST)

Job Description

Preferred place of residence: Riga, Latvia • Cascade and translate Dawn’s strategy into action plans for distributors (Bakery & Foodservice) • Develop & agree plans with selected distributors to leverage their organisation to create / grow capability of ‘pull through push’ • Implement KPI’s for customers in order to achieve a long-term and effective co-operation with them • Actively manage portfolio with assigned accounts in line with Dawn policies and strategy • Negotiate efficient and competitive terms & conditions • Achieve budgeted sales & margin targets for area of responsibility • Effectively communicate Dawn capabilities to new and existing distributors • Implement effectively new product listings and apply selling out programs • Secure complete knowledge of market and competition • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities • Direct activities of technical & sales application • Develop key relationships and plans - Commercial / Supply Chain / Marketing / Customer Service / Finance • Develop a 6T rolling plan for distributive accounts based on the 6T marketing plan and implement product activations • Regularly analyze results to identify red flag areas and devise remedies. • To complete management reports to provide information to the cluster leader in a timely & concise manner • To communicate effectively with all other departments and colleagues within the Dawn Foods organization. • Promote the company and its products via attendance at company trade shows and exhibitions. • Manage and control overhead spend i.e. promotional funding, samples etc. • Operate in a cost effective way • Participation in meetings (also outside country) • Implement and execute coaching and training of the Distributor sales force for Dawn products

Requirements

College / University Degree (Bachelor/Master): Bachelor Subjects (Business, Mathematics or other related field): Sales, Marketing, Business Driving license Willingness and ability to travel Languages: 1. English – good level both written and spoken 2. Russian – good level at least spoken 3. German – would be a plus Specialist Areas of Experience Preferred: • Sales experience in the Food industry (B2B) • Distributive account management Minimum Applicable Years of Experience and Area/Field: • 3 years’ sales experience at a similar level • At least 3 years of experience in selling to and managing national or large regional distributive accounts Dawn Competencies: They are the set of values, knowledge & skills expressed in effective behaviors & habits taken into practice for successful results.
