Earlier in 2014 Inter-Silo started sales work in Lithuania and has within short time become a well-known company among farmers and grain corporates.
As a natural step in the development of our dynamic and steadily growing company Inter-Silo is moving further north by expanding its activities, so it will also cover the Latvian and Estonian market.
The new sales unit in Latvia will be providing turnkey solutions for farms and industrial terminals who have a need of storage drying- and transportation facilities for grain and canola - no matter the size.

Requirements
We are searching for a person, who has a background as a sales representative, and who has previously been directly involved in sales development and implementation of new products or services.
The ideal person may have a technical background, and has probably been working as supplier to the agricultural sector.
A person with a natural sales talent and determination, and who is proactive from nature also has high priority in our selections.
In order to succeed most effectively and in daily routines, it is important that the person speaks and writes good English.
Company offers
During the initial phase of the employment period some product training will take place in Denmark and Lithuania, combined with general work related to the establishment and practical elements of creating a sales unit.
Our full marketing packet that was created for Lithuania is to be adapted to and integrated for your market / sales area.
Inter-Silo's head quarter is located in Vilnius, but the position as sales manager for Latvia will require an independent person who can request for sales efforts all over Latvia - and who understands that the main office will be his/her sales car.
Salary is based on a fixed monthly salary combined with a result-orientated system, as well as a representation car. During work-related trips salary is supplemented with travel money.
