Sales Manager

Latvian Engineering and Manufacturing Company seeks employee to fill position as Sales manager. The company is engaged in various industries and with a special strong position in development and manufacturing of equipment and machinery for a global wire and cable industry. Close co-operation with a Swedish sister company. Duties:

Creating and promoting long-term customer relationships.

Search for new customers.

Consulting and offering technical solutions.

• Technical education or knowledge of technological processes is a strong merit.
• Good knowledge of English and Russian language. Other languages like German, French, and Spanish is a merit.
• Can independently seek, identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Ability to communicate and identify customer needs.
• Ability to organize business trips and meetings with foreign clients.
• Organized, analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
