- Development of sales & retention. Development of growth plan to improve and expand business

- Identification and recruitment of a productive Sales organization:
- Degree in marketing or an equivalent education. Fluent English, Russian and Latvian. 3 years Sales & Marketing experience in direct selling / Multilevel marketing excellent knowledge of the local market.
- PC proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office package.
- IT: Proficiency in the use of computer software, have a basic graphic design ability; Maintenance and updating of the company's Web site;
- Other: Good communication skills, work with new and existing DS leader to build their business and serves them;
