Developing new strategic customers relationships and “Energy as a service” sales project management including creation of project development plan, managing the process, formulating the offer and business case assessment for customer and Adven, sign the deals. Initially, the main focus is on the region of Latvia, which can be expanded according to personal development.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • We expect you to have solution-oriented B2B sales experience, work experience in the energy or industrial sector, higher education in economics, business, or technology.
  • You have an understanding of the nature of energy business processes, it is comfortable for you to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • In communication, you are open, goal-oriented, and show flexibility if needed.
  • You have the good numerical capability, the ability to read contracts, creativeness, and you are self-established.
  • Project management and entrepreneurial experience are a plus.
