Sales Representative Baltics

• Maintain as well as develop positive customer relationships and create value through consultative sales practices.
• Establish plans for the retention and subsequent growth of assigned customers in Baltics.
• Develop technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
• Ensure proper merchandising implementation at customers in cooperation with Team Leader,Customers and Marketing department.
• Control the activities of distributors.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers and support the active promotion of products.
• Communicate with office team to ensure outstanding customer support.
• Implement established sales plans.

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Higher education.
• Motivation and interest to work in a technical industry.
• Strong focus on customers as well as results and achieving goals.
• Systematic approach and high degree of organization and commitment.
• Self-motivated, flexible and strong team player with the drive to grow a high potential territory.
• Well-developed commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Latvian and excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Driving license cat. B.
