Job Description

• Active in pump industry, strategies development and to represent systems interests of the company;
• Information collection and market analysis (demand, supply, prices, competitors, prospective customers and consumers);
• Planning appointments with existing clients, negotiation, deal-making on behalf of the company;
• Consulting services to clients (creating specifications for the goods, assistance in the demonstration of goods, provision of market information about demand for the goods);
• Management of clients with their obligations under sales agreements;
• Identifying and accounting for potential buyers, the study of their needs;
• Customer's database maintaining and support ;
• Reporting on the level of distribution of goods, sales, sales figures of individual customers for the use of promotional and incentive systems work with these customers;

Requirements

• Previous successful work experience in similar position (at least 2 years);
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Creative thinking, sense of responsibility and ability to resolve conflicts;
• Fluent Russian and Latvian languages;
• Ability to develop long-term relations with key-customers;
• Valid driving license;
• High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, positive thinking and initiative.
