University degree (medical education or related sciences education would be an advantage)
Previous experience in the surgical products or medical device industry and documented success would be an advantage
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with business clients
Knowledge of Public Tenders procedures and regulations
Ability to learn quickly in short period of time
Fluent English
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time within a territory that has a large number of business clients
Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market
Creativity, high level of motivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals
High level of energy, engagement and responsibility
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Mobility (availability to travel frequently)
Driving license – category B (driving experience)
Preferable requirements:
Sales experience 2-3 years
