• Edisoft's solutions pre-sales
• Customers' sales follow-up over the phone and e-mail
• Sales team assistance
• Professional events' participation. Forums, workshops, seminars, etc.
• Customers' requests formalized documentation
• Price offers composition
• Work results documentation
• Potential customers investigation
• Agreements follow-up
• Company positive imaging and representation
• EDI market elaboration and briefing customers on value-added services of EDI

Requirements

• Proactive (a must)
• Experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation
• Optimistic with positive attitude
• Excellent work ethic
• Communication skills, incl. phone skills and email skills
• Language skills: English, Russian, Latvian
• Knowledge of basic computer applications: Word, Excel, e-mail, web
• Ability to learn fast
• Responsible and punctual
• Result-oriented

Useful qualities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in sales is an advantage
