SAP Customer Service Enterprise Architect, Group IT, Vestas Wind Systems

As SAP Enterprise Architect for Service you and your experienced colleague are responsible for assisting the business in enabling the Customer Service processes in our Business Units globally and developing the Customer Service solutions through change request and new projects. You will work with a SAP solution based on the SAP ECC 6.0, MRS 700, Mobile NWM 7.1 together with SAP´s Framework as frontend. Your will participate in the following task/projects: As SAP Enterprise Architect for Service you and your experienced colleague are responsible for assisting the business in enabling the Customer Service processes in our Business Units globally and developing the Customer Service solutions through change request and new projects. You will work with a SAP solution based on the SAP ECC 6.0, MRS 700, Mobile NWM 7.1 together with SAP´s Framework as frontend. Your will participate in the following task/projects: Scope and plan projects and change requests in collaboration with business process specialists Design solutions in compliance with the Vestas Global IT architecture Develop Business case proofing the benefit of our IT investments Develop IT roadmaps Govern the projects in all phases until go live

You are a structured, experienced and proactive Enterprise Architect who has been taking part in the development and successful implementation of IT-solutions for an international organisation.

A relevant Degree in Technology or Engineering, alternatively possessing equivalent experience
Demonstrating a high level of knowledge in the SAP CS and/or PM module. I.e. at least 3-4 years working experience as a System Consultant with a good knowledge of the area of Customer Service. Moreover, we expect you to have a solid experience in SAP SD and/or MM
Business process knowledge in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery or assets, including the scheduling of service technicians and the use of mobile field service solutions
You work independently and proactively seek to develop both the SAP solution and your own competencies.
You are able to work in teams and you have good communications skills in both spoken and written English.
