Currently, we are looking for a Secretary / Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

• Organization of incoming and outgoing information flow.
  
• Contacts with suppliers and customers on international level.
  
• Everyday Office work organization.
  
• Organization of logistics process (manage and co-ordinate the transportation of goods with the primary goals of increased efficiency and reduction of cost).

Requirements

• Candidate is able to work individually and in a team.
  
• Attention to details and high sense of responsibility.
  
• Outstanding communication and strong organization skills.
  
• Customer oriented, results driven personality.
  
• Solid knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian language both written and spoken.
  
• Solid computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, ect.).
  
• Basic knowledge on chemical products will be an advantage.
