Job Description

  • Receptionist’s duties: answering/ forwarding telephone calls, meeting visitors
  • Handling internal, incoming, outgoing correspondence, mailing activities.
  • Maintain and operate office
  • Organizing and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide assistance to the management in clerical activities
  • Maintaining filing system
  • To organize social events
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Requirements

The ideal candidate will be well organised and trustworthy with a cheerful and outgoing personality. With a strong and confident character. Must be dedicated and enthusiastic about their work.

  • Fluent English, Latvian, Russian - written and spoken
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful
  • Fast and flexible thinking
  • PC and Internet literacy
