• Liaising with staff, clients and authorities.
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
• Booking transport and accommodation.
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
• Managing all office documentation.
• Managing office budgets.

• Effective organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
• Very good time-planning skills.
• Budgeting skills.
• Fluent latvian, english and russian.
• Driving licence (category B).
