You will play a central role within our Finance Division, as you provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to your colleagues and assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing. Notably, you will deal with incoming and outgoing mail, draft correspondence, prepare the administrative details for international meetings, support audits preparations and archive documents, whilst also assisting in aspects of accounting procedures.
An experienced secretary within a financial setting, you will join us from a fast-moving multilingual environment. In particular, you will possess excellent typing skills, meticulous attention to detail and broad knowledge of the Accounts Payable module of an Enterprise Resourcing Planning system (preferably SAP) as well as Microsoft Office. Finally, you must be effective under pressure, capable of using your initiative, fluent in English with a working knowledge of French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
