In the position of Senior Associate, you coordinate and facilitate execution of the audit assignment as a team leader, and you monitor the planning and time budget. You supervise the work carried out by (Junior) Associates. You carry out work independently for composition of annual accounts, within assessment and composition assignments. You advise clients on internal monitoring procedures.
The purpose of our Assurance activities is to provide information users with the greatest possible certainty with regard to the quality of information. Think in terms of various forms of auditing and special surveys, but also advisory roles in the financial and organisational fields. Accountants, EDP auditors and other specialists co-operate here to answer a very wide range of issues.
You will be working within the Assurance practice. Clients increasingly require services which stretch further than accountancy in its original form. All services which together serve to reduce uncertainty among users of financial information, are known as Assurance. This includes the monitoring of annual accounts, but also for example due diligence reviews, fraud prevention and assessment of internal control systems. As an Accountant, you translate our clients' problems into business oriented solutions. Our clientele is as varied as the work itself; variation is therefore the key word.
You have at least 3 years experience at a firm of accountants. You have the ambition to develop to the position of (Assistant) Manager
We are looking for individuals that graduated from a Higher Educational Institute or Academics in the final stages of their RA training.
You have a strong personality, perseverance, communicative skills and you are good at developing relationships. You also have good coaching skills. You enjoy challenges, have a healthy dose of ambition and a good sense of humour.
Payrate: The salary package ranges from €3790 - € 4740 per month, exclusive fringe benefits!
