Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in classical Machine Learning and tangible production experience in one or more domains, including NLP (Natural Language Processing), CV (Computer Vision), Time Series, MLE/MLOps (Machine Learning Engineering/Operationalization), and Recommendation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EPAM's clients and internal stakeholders to design and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions
• Propose actionable strategies to address complex business challenges
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients
• Maintain familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

• 5+ years of demonstrable production experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in the Python ecosystem and associated data science libraries (pandas, sklearn, NumPy)
• Expert knowledge of at least one domain: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series, or Recommendation Systems
• Strong communication and presentation abilities suited for conveying advanced technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• B2+ proficiency in English, both verbal and written
