• Play a leadership role in designing, estimating, developing, testing and delivery of the desired software architecture and features for Dynamic AX
  

2012 implementation and integration;

• Become a tehnical leader across the ERP feature areas and ensure all designs, data models and implementations are consistent, feasible, and
  

comply
with Dynamic AX 2012 product side standarts;

• Contribute to the tehnical set-up and execution of Dynamics AX 2012 project work streams with hands on prototyping, coding and test of specific
  

concepts and functionality;

• Drive the design, coding and test of approved solution features and functionality;
  
• Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolveproblems, identify causes and anticipate implications;
  
• Maintain regular contact with businessusers to anticipate, identify and respond to their needs and expectations;
  
• Prioritize work and spend time on most important, value-adding areas;
  
• Monitoring the performance, quality, budget and time are essential and belong in part to your responsibility;
  
• Establish test plans and develop e-Commerce-specific customizations in Dynamic AX 2012.

Prasības kandidātiem

• 5+ years of Dynamic AX experience preferably working as a development lead for at least one global/complex (multipleISV solution/work stream)
  

deployment;

• Strong knowledge of Dynamic AX 2012 with 2 years of AX 2012 experience;
  
• Implemeting and operating Dynamic AX 2012 instances for multiple sites;
  
• Highly skilled in customization with X++ code and all AOT objects;
  
• Debugging/Troubleshooting skills (ability to troubleshoot issue using AX debugger);
  
• Knowledge of tuning and troubleshooting Dynamics AX (DynamicsPerft, TraceParser);
  
• Knowledge of Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and AX Build process;
  
• Good knowledge of PowerShell;
  
• Solid Expirience with Microsoft SQL Server SSRS and SSAS and AX 2012 analytical cubes;
  
• Working knowledge of programming methodologies, structures, and concepts;
  
• .NET framework, UML, XML, SharePoint, BizTalk;
  
• 8+ years working with an object oriented development language;
  
• X++, C++, C#, VB.NET, Java, .NET framework;
  
• 5+ years as a senior X++ developer working with large development projects;
  
• Experience with offshore management of X++ development projects;
  
• Have experience in estimating development effort;
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills;
  
• Ability to manage off-shore development efforts;
  
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment;
  
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher (in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field);
  
• Industry-specific knowledge is a plus (preferably Distribution and e-Commerce industries);
  
• MCSE, MCSD, MCP's qualification in SQL Server and/or Windows preferred;
  
• Current certifications in Dynamics AX Development Introduction and MorphX Solution Development.
