Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1,5 years

About you:
You are analytical and you like to interact with people from various cultures, inside and outside the organization.You cope well with changes, and you are always on the lookout for improvement of processes. You are used to a high pace work environment,and you are solution oriented in stressful situations. You are well organized with an eye for details.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Own Fuel product master data and product cost related set ups in company’s ERP system within European Market;
- Ensure fuel hierarchy and product cost quality compliance to Key Controls to meet internal policies within agreed deadlines;
- Ensure pricing data completeness and control company’s interface performance
- Key contact for product setup & rebranding in the ERP system;
- Support of users in fuel product master data area, expert level review of incident and issue, rout causes analysis, drive resolution and escalations to the ERP quality responsible team;
- Subject matter expert in operational projects, perform process testing, achieve project stated objectives, collaborate with internal and external parties;
- Identify inefficiency and lead process improvements, standardization, automatization and documentation;
- Facilitate communication between various departments within the organization and external parties;
- Ensure coaching for young colleagues.
