Now our client is looking for Senior Manager who will responsible for Baltic region.
We are looking for candidates who will:
Act as strategic business partner to executive and line management.
Be a Leader (Direct leadership of small team immediately).
Actively involved in searching for strategic talents into company and development of Key players within department.
Effective understanding of Market Reach segment and Service to Customers.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful on position?
Minimum 2-3 years experience in commercial, technical marketing, general marketing or business development field, preferably in international company with sales function or in business / strategy consulting field.
Excellent people and assessment skills.
Educational background in technical field, preferably civil engineering or relevant higher education in marketing or economics.
