Darba apraksts

  • Develop and implement project strategy and delivery program
  • Organization of the project process with internal and external project participants
  • Identifying the best suppliers and contractors for specific project needs
  • Lead and motivate the project team and the supply chain to deliver the project
  • Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress and instigate corrective actions as required
  • Manage the client expectations and adopt a professional and considerate approach
  • Responsible for budget and deadline compliance

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Successfully completed studies as an Interior Designer, master craftsman or several years of practical work experience
  • Proven experience of managing projects through from start to finish, ideally with shopfitting, joinery or commercial interiors sectors
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of projects
  • Innovative spatial-analytical thinking and cost-conscious, goal-oriented action
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Scheduling and cost planning skills, incl.being comfortable using digital productivity tools in the realm of project management
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts and project stakeholders
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Previous leadership experience would be highly appreciated
  • Fluent in English
