Due to company`s consistent growth an exciting opportunity has become available: to join our success story as part of our team: Sales Supporter Team Coordinator. This is new and exciting opportunity to be part of international organisation and play vital role in our Sales Support department, here in Latvia, based in Liepāja. You can become a part of our success story and join exciting journey within Caljan. You would be part of global team who is working in different locations. In your role you will be working in our new facilities, which just been freshly finished, and office is in Liepāja, Latvia.

Our comprehensive range of products includes powered conveyors, print, and applied solutions and automated document handling. Due to steady organic growth Caljan has recently opened new factory in USA and just finished to build new factory and office building in Latvia.

We are searching for a qualified Sales Supporter Team Coordinator with engineering background who will be leading Sales Support Team in Latvia and ensuring that acts as an important link between our Sales Channels and the rest of our organization from R&D/Engineering to manufacturing and logistics.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Supervise, manage and provide guidance to team members in the Sales Support Team;
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks in the Team making sure deadlines are met;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the team and coordinate hand-over of orders to the Project Organization in Latvia and Denmark
  • Discover training needs and provide specialist assistance to the team;
  • Process of customer inquiries and come up with solutions for customers’ needs;
  • Provide equipment layout drawings in 2D and 3 D for sales colleges and customers;
  • Coordinate delivery times from logistics & manufacturing to colleges in sales teams;
  • Being capable to verify electrical compatibility between Caljan’s and customers equipment;
  • Examine & suggest exchange signal design between Caljan conveyor products and customers systems;
  • Make sure that orders are handled in efficient time scales to KPI targets; This includes all scope of information available from Customer in a timely manner and pass it to Designers & Project Engineers.
  • Validate and prepare all necessary clarification of - technical solutions, layouts, costs and delivery are included in quoting process;
  • Review customer specific documentation an ensure that we comply with it in cooperation with other relevant departments.
  • Ensure that precise handover of customer orders is completed to the appointed Project Engineers with required information available to fulfil Project specification.
  • Maintain Caljan’s layout templates for use in the sales phase.
  • Create and maintain supporting documents such a: load tables, hydraulic stroke calculations etc.;

  • Maintain the special options system with special technical enquiries and prices.

Requirements

Personal Profile

  • Preferable electrical, mechatronic or mechanical engineering background;
  • High customer care skills and a technical mindset;
  • Experience in team supervisor and task coordination, delegation within the team;
  • Preferred experience from similar position in technical support team;
  • Experienced or interest in working with 2D layouts (AutoCAD) 3D (Autodesk Inventor);
  • High level of attention to details;
  • Self-driven, with excellent time management skills and capable working under constant deadlines;
  • Excellent communicator with positive mind set who is flexible;
  • Being able to specify unstructured customer requests & descriptions in a way that it can be passes to technical people and capable to present technical solutions to sales colleges with finding unique selling points for client;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision;
  • Being able to communicate with people from different backgrounds;

Salary:

1600-2400 Euro brutto
