Service Technician

Your position will be mainly in our workshop and office in Elsinor, DK.

• You will have the responsibility of keeping our workshop up to date regarding the equipement and spare parts and necessary repairs.
• You will have to plan your service trips in Europe, prepare all the documentation needed, execute the plan and afterward make reports to all the visited clients.
• You will have approximately 80 - 100 travellingdays per year, where you will visit our clients around Europe. You will be using company car for service tours.
• You will work mostly independently or together with one of us at the company. As we are a small company, we help each other when others are in need for assistance, so you have to be also prepared to a versatile job where you can be involved from time to time in other work areas as well (for example, handling order documentation or helping at the warehouse gettig client orders ready for shipment, or other ad-hoc assignments).
  
  

• We expect that you have some kind of technical education, have a good knowledge of English.
• It will be seen as an avantage if you have knowledge of German, Russian or other European languages.
• You must have a driver's license cat.B.
• You should be able to thrive in working alone or with a few colleagues.
• We hope that you are motivated to learn job requirements. Job experience is less important, the key is to have a desire and motivation to learn something new and be ready to gain international working experience.
• There is mostly manual labor involved, so the job requires that you are physicaly ready, have ability to concentrate in different environments, that you are good and able to work with different people. 
• You have to be prepared to move to Denmark. We will help out with finding place to live and apply for the official relocation to Denmark.

• We offer a job position with international working experience in an interesting niche market. Your job will include servicing our clients around Europe in maintenance and repair of our equipment, educating our clients in use and service, as well as a working base at our office and warehouse in Elsinore, Denmark. We have flat structure organization with only 7 employees and a little bureaucracy due to the category our products belongs to.
• During your first couple of months of employment, will you receive training in use, maintenance and repair of Winchester Industrial products, as well as training in using our computer systems and prepare needed documentations before and after the service trips. 
• Employment contract is negotiated directly with us and is for an unlimited period of time after a 3 months try-period.
• Your salary will be adjusted accordingly to your experience and qualifications. 
• You will be hired under the Danish law, therefore you will have 5 weeks paid vacation during a year.
