- Leading of subcontractor’s work.
- Ensuring the quality of executed work.
- Documentation of construction work.
Requirements
- Education – civil engineer
- Previous work experience in the construction sector as a site manager or site engineer
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Proficiency in English and Russian in speech and in writing; proficiency in Estonian and Swedish is beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Conscientiousness, accuracy, ability to work independently
- Proficiency of AutoCAd and MS Office programs at the level required for the job
- Driving licence, category B
