Job Description
Manage the software development lifecycle of all team projects to ensure on-time completion and product delivery.
Gather software requirements and ensure that the design specifications meet customer expectations.
Coordinate the design specification review meetings to ensure product designs meet expectations.
Ensure team is following software quality guidelines by creating software unit tests and executing them as part of our Continuous Integration process.
Analyze bug reports and manage the defect resolution process (disposition issues, resolve issues, and report issue status).

Requirements
7+ years of software development, 3+ years using C/C++, preferably embedded / low level.
At least 2 years of experience managing a software development team.
Experience developing a software framework or solution that is utilized by multiple organizations or regions around the world.
Prior experience developing software using Qt or another cross platform framework.
Experience successfully developing and deploying development processes within an engineering group.
Strong focus on requirement, software design, and source code documentation.
Hands-on experience in Agile methods application (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development).
Prior experience in Scrum Master role for the team.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Able to prioritize and execute / delegate tasks in a high-pressure environment.
