Job Description

  • Responsible for beverage and Wine service/sales mainly in the Restaurant and Café.
  • Beverage service at certain time in the main show lounge. 
  • Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales.
  • Controls the Wine service in the Restaurant according to the daily schedule.
  • Follows and ensures that the company beverage standards of service are being adhered.

Requirements

  • Working experience as a Sommelier in 4*/5* catering to an international clientele.
  • Working experience with an extensive beverage program that entails premiums and super premiums
  • Wines and other beverages knowledge.
  • Strong command of the English language combined with good written skills.
  • Strong knowledge of wine service procedures.
