3 Star Hotel with 66 bedrooms and a restaurant and bar need a Sous Chef to join the brigade of 3.
The kitchen work with fresh ingredience and produce both french and british food to a high standard.
The Sous chef must be confident and able to communicate in good english. You will need to show flair and enthusiasm.

Minimum age 18 years old
Chef or cook diploma
Good English language
Working experience as a chef or cook
Must show up flair and enthusiasm.

Support at all times
Meet at London Gatwick airport
Room in a Hotel for the first 3 months.
There will be a 3 month trial period then the salary and accomodation will be reviewed to reflect your progress.
