Specialist Finance (Billing team Invoicing stream)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing Team requirements in the 1CP project;
• Participate and represent the team in all 1CP project related meetings;
• Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing;
• To lead online and classroom user trainings;
• Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system;
• To provide first line support after system go-live;
• Participate in month closing related tasks;
• Various manual invoice creation for specific customers.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics will be considered as advantage (can be last year student)
• Previous experience in accounting
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• General understanding of ERP systems
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad
• Very good communication and collaboration skills
• Presice, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality
