Specialist Finance in Accounts Receivable Team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Post incoming bank payments to customer accounts
• Perform payment clearing on customer accounts
• Monitor bank clearing related balance sheet accounts
• Handle internal and external customer queries related to payments and their postings
• Perform period closing related tasks
• Identify errors and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Participate in process improvement projects

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience in a finance related specialist role
• Fluency in English (written and oral) to communicate with colleagues in Europe
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, organized, and proactive approach
• Customer oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
