Specialist in Sub Custody Operations

The team is responsible for Asset Servicing processes related to Nordic securities for our clients, which are Global Financial Institutions and banks. The team is processing mandatory corporate actions, income events, tax reclaims, dividend claims and also opening sub custody accounts as well as is responsible for invoicing sub custody clients.
We offer the necessary training after which your daily work will consist of monitoring and processing many different tasks, reporting to clients, contacting with counterparties in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, answering client queries along with keeping them up to date about market changes.

Responsibilities:
• Processing account opening/closing/amendment instructions
• Registering fees in the invoicing system, doing investigations
• Communication with clients in English language over the phone and email

• You are not afraid of routine work and following instructions
• Responsibility, accuracy and high attention to details
• Technical and analytical thinking, like numbers
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• User competence in MS Office
